A few new pics..........

I really can't say enough about how much Teagan loves Easton. She always wants to lay with him, next to him, near him, and has to see what he is doing all the time! It is just the cutest thing. She looks out for him and I just love it.

My little mama..........xoxoxo.
Teagan on her first day of school. She loves that lunchbox!

Easton in his crib. We can't swaddle him anymore, he is strong enough to get out of it and roll over. He moves all over that crib. It's funny to go in every morning to see what kind of position he's gotten himself into!

A friend of mine that I work with hand painted Easton's initials for his room. The nursery is dark brown and light blue, and I think these look so awesome on the wall! Thank you Kelly!

Happy Birthday Pop Pop

Happy Birthday Pop-Pop! We celebrated my dad's birthday yesterday at my brother's house. We had a pizza party and played in Dominic's back yard! He has lots of big trucks and a new slide that Teagan loved playing with!

Teagan and Dominic standing on top of Dominic's new slide. They went up and down this slide over and over and over again.........

Getting all 3 kids (and my brother) to look at the same camera at the same time is a challenge! It never really works out. :-)

Who does Easton look like??????

Here are some recent pictures of Easton. The first one is Dominic and Easton. Since I have taken a new position at the hospital, our daycare arrangements have changed a little bit. Teagan goes to school and Dominic now gets to hang out with Easton instead. (We think Dommie is much happier with this arrangement). Needless to day, Dominic and Easton are buddies. They hang out and bond with Nann while Teagan is at school.

Easton is truly such a happy baby. Even when I wake him up at 6:00am before I go to work he is all smiles! He's rolling over like a champ now, and almost getting on all fours to start crawling. I can't believe it! He will go for his 5 month check-up in the beginning of June. He's so good and not much really bothers him. He'll let you know when he's hungry, or stuck on his side, but other than that he's low maintenance. (He just spits up ALL THE TIME).

Larry or Tracy??????????

We've also started putting Easton in the exersaucer. He's getting bored in the swing, he's already outgrown the vibrating chair, and rolls across the room when he's on the floor. He seems to really like the exersaucer, and he even moved the "car" at Nann's today! (Backwards of course).

Quick update.........

WOW, this has been an amazing week!!!! Teagan is still not using a pacifier at all. After last Monday when she couldn't have it at school, we took it away and never looked back She is amazing and has done so well with the "mailman took them to the babies who needed them" explanation. She even tells people the story and it's just too cute.

Teagan also just pee'd on the potty for the first time today. It happened while I was at work but Nanny told me that the Dora potty played the song, and Teagan said "Pee" and sure enough, she had pee'd in the potty!!!!! We're going to work on keeping the progress going!!!!

Easton can now move across a room!!!! How did this happen? He's only 4 months old. I left him on the floor in the room next to me on his playmat, and 10 minutes later, I looked in on him and he was across the room!!! What?!?! I can't believe it.

Anyway, I'll post some pictures soon... just wanted to give a quick update on all of the big news this week! Is it the weekend yet, I'm exhausted?!?

Mean Mailman.........

Teagan is such a big girl now! She is going to be going to "kool" as she calls it. It is a dayare/school that she loves going to. My work schedule has changed a little bit, so it was time for Teagan to be a big girl and go to school. The first day I sent her "ba-ba" (pacifier) in her bag for naptime, and the teacher said "No!", so it looked like we were going to quit the pacifier cold turkey. I didn't give it to her that night either, so there was no confusion. We told her the mail man came to get all of the pacifiers to give to the babies who needed them. She knows who the mail man is, and she loves him ( or at least she used to) so this made sense to her and she could reason with it in her own little way. She checked the house out for any remaining pacifiers, and since she couldn't find any, she believed us. So far so good. Day #2 of school today and she hasn't had a pacifier at all since Monday. I'm so proud of her.

In other news, Easton had his 4 month appointment today. The big guy weighed in at 15 lbs 1 oz and is 26.25 inches long. He is growing wonderfully! He got his shots and meds, and is now crashed out from his long and painful morning. He's such a good and happy baby. He is constantly looking around to see what Teagan is doing. I hope they grow up as close friends!
